Margarita the Chihuahua – - Hot Tub Therapy

This is Margarita, my 6-year-old Chihuahua who I rescued 4 years ago. She was recently diagnosed with a torn ACL on her left rear leg. After seeing the veterinarian surgeon he suggested I try controlled walking and Therapy for a month instead of operating. After ice treatments for a week we decided to try water therapy a few minutes every other day. All I had was the hot tub. Margarita’s not that happy about it though as well as the blow-drying that follows afterwards (LOL) but she is always a little trooper. Hopefully it will help.
